Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of full-cycle payroll processing across multi-state and multi-FEIN.
• Experience with Workday, Dayforce, Oracle or similar systems preferred.
• Knowledge of wage withholding orders and garnishments.
• Strong mathematical, accounting and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit timekeeping and payroll data in compliance with company policies and laws.
• Ensure accurate, timely payroll processing in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Validate payroll deductions and ensure accurate reporting to stakeholders.
• Maintain payroll data integrity across systems.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports for HR and Finance leadership.
• Respond to Team Member payroll inquiries and resolve pay discrepancies.
• Monitor daily payroll system notifications and changes.
• Complete payroll reconciliations and support payroll operations.
