Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle payroll for 1,000 employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain payroll records, including employee earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefits.
• Stay up to date with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and ensure compliance.
• Manage payroll tax filings, garnishments, and other payroll-related deductions.
• Assist with audits and reports related to payroll, taxes, and benefits.
• Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and tax-related matters.
• Work closely with HR, Finance, and Accounting teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
