Restaurant Depot is seeking a Junior Payroll Coordinator to support weekly and biweekly payroll for 1,000+ employees across multiple states. The role maintains payroll records, audits time & attendance, and handles payroll inquiries while protecting confidential information and meeting deadlines.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of payroll, accounting or administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability & organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing weekly & biweekly payroll for 1,000+ employees across multiple states.
• Enter & maintain employee payroll information including wage changes, deductions, transfers, tax withholdings, leaves of absence & terminations.
• Verify employee address, tax withholding & direct deposit changes for accuracy.
• Calculate & process retroactive payments, corrections & other payroll adjustments.
• Audit payroll registers, reconcile payroll information & resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor employee timecards & coordinate timely resolutions with location management.
