Job summary

Pressley Ridge is seeking a Payroll Coordinator in Dallas to manage semi-monthly payroll for both exempt and non-exempt staff. You will maintain payroll records, respond to employee inquiries, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and external providers.

The role requires 5 years of payroll experience (3 with a degree), proficiency in Excel, and strong confidentiality. Travel locally and nationally may be required; this is a full-time on-site position in Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• Five years payroll experience with no degree; three years with degree.
• Experience handling multi-state payroll.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• HRIS experience preferred; confidentiality required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process semi-monthly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Review timesheets and vacation/sick balance reports.
• Set up wage garnishments and tax levies; respond to agencies.
• Pro-rate pay and deductions for hires/terminations; run payroll reports.
• Ensure correct payroll tax withholdings and deductions.
• Assist with payroll tax filings, reconciliations, and year-end processes.
• Enter payroll data into the system and maintain employee files.
• Maintain confidentiality of compensation and personal information.
