CFS is seeking a hands-on Payroll & Benefits Administrator in Cleveland to manage multi-state payroll, benefits administration, compliance, reporting, and HR systems. This role collaborates with HR, Accounting, leadership, employees, and benefit vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

The ideal candidate will have experience with ADP Workforce Now, advanced Excel, and payroll compliance, and will resolve escalated payroll and benefits discrepancies while driving process

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; Accounting/Finance/HR coursework preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive payroll and benefits experience.
• Strong Excel skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage multi-state payroll processing including garnishments, deductions, bonuses, commissions, retroactive pay, executive compensation, and multi-state taxation.
• Research and interpret federal, state, and local payroll regulations and implement changes to policies and system configurations.
• Conduct payroll and benefits audits, reconciliations, and quality-control reviews to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
• Manage timekeeping, payroll tax notices, registrations, 401(k) contributions, year-end W-2 processing, and related compliance requirements.
• Maintain employee payroll and benefits information within ADP, UKG, and carrier systems.
