You will set up banking info, process withholdings and deductions, prepare payroll deposits, and liaise with ADP and HR to resolve discrepancies. A minimum of an Associate degree or equivalent experience plus five years in payroll is required, with strong

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 5 years payroll experience required.
• 5 years payroll experience with ADP preferred; payroll tax knowledge required.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Input and output of bi-weekly payroll for multiple locations via ADP.
• Verify payroll data accuracy and reconcile deductions and garnishments.
• Set up employee banking for direct deposit and process withholdings.
• Prepare bi-weekly deposits and tax/wage attachments; handle 401k/HSA.
• Back up salary payroll; resolve discrepancies with HR and location reps.
• Enter journal entries for payroll and generate necessary reports.
