InProduction, Inc. is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to manage payroll for 500+ employees across multiple states and administer benefits including 401k. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and strong customer service to employees.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in payroll/HRIS and proficiency with Paychex and MS Office, with a high level of confidentiality and analytical skills. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 per year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of relevant experience will be considered.
• 3-5 years of experience administering payroll, HRIS and benefits processes required.
• Experience with Paychex software or similar payroll application preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly and weekly payroll for 500+ employees in a multi-state environment.
• Administer employee benefit programs, including enrollments and terminations for company benefits and 401k.
• Maintain payroll records; enter payroll data into the processing system; update records on approved changes.
• Audit time sheets, time card reports and payroll registers for accuracy.
