Qualifications

• Experience with multi-state payroll processing across entities.
• Knowledge of union pay rules and PTO provisions is preferred.
• Experience handling garnishments, tax levies, and withholding orders.
• Certified payroll reporting experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly multi-state, multi-company payrolls.
• Ensure payroll compliance with union contracts.
• Administer wage garnishments, levies, child support, and withholding orders.
• Maintain knowledge of union pay rules and PTO provisions.
• Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries.
• Prepare certified payroll reports.
• Maintain payroll metrics and reporting.
• Perform payroll-related journal entries.
