Qualifications

• Payroll processing experience in a union, construction, manufacturing, or other labor-intensive environment.
• Knowledge of union payroll, collective bargaining agreements, fringe benefits, and payroll compliance requirements.
• Experience with certified payroll reporting and prevailing wage regulations preferred.
• Proficiency with payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely payroll for both union and non-union employees across multiple locations.
• Administer union payroll, including contract wage rates, fringe benefits, union dues, and benefit fund contributions.
• Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, prevailing wage requirements, and payroll regulations.
• Prepare certified payroll reports and support related audits and compliance reporting.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies while maintaining accurate payroll records.
