Concordia Wireless is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to manage multi-state licensing, registrations, tax correspondence, and insurance administration. The role requires proactive research, deadline tracking, and ongoing communication with state agencies and insurers.

The in-office position is based in Carol Stream, IL, offering a pay range of $24.00-$26.00 per hour plus an annual bonus and comprehensive benefits. This role supports ongoing regulatory compliance and documentation workflows.

Qualifications

• Comfortable communicating with government agencies and insurers.
• Experience handling confidential corporate and tax information preferred.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills required.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage applications and renewals for Professional Engineer (PE) licenses and other licenses.
• Maintain multi-state registrations and Certificates of Authorization.
• Track deadlines, renewals, and fees; coordinate with authorities and internal teams.
• Prepare and file registrations and Certificates of Good Standing as needed.
• Maintain licensing tracker with status, renewals, and responsible parties.
• Develop and maintain a centralized compliance calendar.
