Qualifications

• 5+ years of benefits administration in multi-site or multi-state organizations.
• Experience managing self-funded health plans, including stop-loss and claims auditing.
• Experience with fully-funded plans and annual renewal processes.
• Experience with benefits/payroll integrations and eligibility feeds.
• Strong HRIS and advanced spreadsheet data auditing experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as central Benefits contact for affiliated schools and organizations across states.
• Monitor self-funded pools and manage fixed-cost structures of fully-funded plans.
• Participate in quarterly vendor reviews to ensure SLAs are met.
• Conduct monthly carrier invoice audits against HRIS data for accuracy.
• Lead enrollment portal configuration for multi-state rules and eligibility groups.
• Prepare ACA 1095-C, PCORI fees, and Form 5500 data and audits.
