Job summary

Real Property Management is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep properties well-maintained and safe. You’ll perform general maintenance, light electrical/plumbing tasks, painting, and minor carpentry, while ensuring common areas and pools look their best.

You’ll also assist with tenant-ready turnover, respond to work orders promptly, and provide excellent customer service. A valid driver’s license and basic tech savviness are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and/or a trade craft (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Digital literacy and ability to use a smartphone.

Responsibilities

• General property maintenance including light electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting.
• Light groundskeeping, appliance installation/maintenance, trash disposal.
• Pool maintenance and other duties as needed to keep the property in top condition.
• Provide friendly customer service to residents and handle work orders efficiently.
