Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a similar hands-on trade.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative; team player.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems (motors, pumps, conveyors, screens, balers, grinders).
- Troubleshoot electromechanical equipment and read schematics; PLC troubleshooting is a plus.
- Complete work orders, field service reports, and daily logs.
- Assist with new equipment installs and coordinate maintenance with vendors.
- Perform preventative maintenance according to schedules.
