Job summary

PDM US is seeking skilled and dependable Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians to support safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems in Rock Hill, SC. This role covers preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems.

Ideal candidates will have broad industrial maintenance experience with strength in HVAC, pipefitting, welding/fabrication, or industrial electrical.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Technical degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in industrial maintenance preferred.
Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems independently.
Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gearboxes, motors, and power transmission systems.
Ability to safely use maintenance tools, diagnostic equipment, and shop machinery.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems.
Diagnose equipment failures and implement repairs to minimize downtime.
Install, modify, and improve equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructure.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
Assist with machine moves, installations, and continuous improvement projects.
Maintain maintenance records and complete work orders accurately.
Follow all safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and environmental requirements.
