Job summary

PDM US, LLC is seeking skilled and dependable Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians to support the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This role performs a variety of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and facility systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in industrial maintenance preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems independently.
• Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gearboxes, motors, and power transmission systems.
• Ability to safely use maintenance tools, diagnostic equipment, and shop machinery.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime.
• Install, modify, and improve equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructure.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Assist with machine moves, installations, and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain maintenance records and complete work orders accurately.
• Follow all safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and environmental requirements.
• Support emergency repairs as needed to maintain production operations.
