Job summary

Pro Services Inc is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a direct-hire role in Lancaster, PA. This multicraft position covers mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on corrugators, folder gluers, die cutters, and utility equipment, with on‑the‑job training to grow your skills.

You will diagnose, repair, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to breakdowns in a live production environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on troubleshooting and repair of industrial machinery.
• Strong mechanical fundamentals including bearings, shafts, seals, gearboxes, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns in a live production environment.
• Work across equipment including corrugators, flexo folder gluers, rotary die cutters, and boiler/air compressor systems.
• Collaborate in a multicraft team with training provided to build skills.
