Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a similar hands-on trade.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative; team player.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems (motors, pumps, conveyors, screens, balers, grinders).
• Troubleshoot electromechanical equipment and read schematics; PLC troubleshooting is a plus.
• Complete work orders, field service reports, and daily logs.
• Assist with new equipment installs and coordinate maintenance with vendors.
• Perform preventative maintenance according to schedules.
