Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of team lead experience, preferably warehouse.
• Must obtain forklift license through Highline Warren Distribution.
• Experience with RF scanners and WMS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily activities of the assigned warehouse.
• Safely operate forklift and other motorized equipment per OSHA regulations.
• Supervise inventory, shipping/receiving, loading/unloading, cycle counts and documentation.
• Ensure productivity, quality, and customer service standards within established time limits.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to team members.
