Job summary

Alchemy, LLC, a food production company, seeks a Warehouse Manager to oversee operations across multiple sites and shifts. The role leads the warehouse team, ensures inventory accuracy and supports traceability records essential for production safety and quality.

Expect collaboration with Supply Chain and Production to optimize inbound, staging and finished goods workflows. The manager will drive safety, cost control, layout planning and audit readiness while maintaining compliance with GMP/SQF

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or distribution management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop supervisors.
• Working knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own warehouse operations across multiple sites and shifts.
• Lead, develop and hold accountable the Warehouse Supervisors.
• Own inventory accuracy, cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Own warehouse safety performance, including forklift and dock safety.
• Partner with Supply Chain on inbound and with Production on staging and finished goods.
• Manage warehouse layout, capacity planning and space utilization.
• Oversee warehouse budget including labor, equipment and storage.
• Contribute to traceability, recalls readiness and audits.
