Job summary

Memorial Medical Group is seeking a Practice Manager to lead operations for three Urgent Care locations, with regular travel among Jerome and Plain City, Urbana, and Marysville. The role emphasizes staff development, recruitment, and ensuring efficient workflows across all sites.

You will supervise front-end billing, EMR queues, and coordinate with the provider group to maintain high-quality patient care and financial performance. A strong healthcare leadership background is essential.

Qualifications

High school diploma is required; three to five years supervisory experience in healthcare preferred.
Experience in a healthcare environment, ideally urgent care, and knowledge of billing functions.
Ability to supervise and train staff, manage leave requests, and lead at multiple sites.

Responsibilities

Oversee operations and leadership of three Urgent Care locations with regular site rotation.
Recruit, develop, train, and manage staff; monitor performance and leave requests.
Manage front-end billing workflows and EMR work queues to ensure financial success of urgent care sites.
Provide staffing coverage and back-up support for MMG physician practices.
