• 3 years of demonstrated success in leading, mentoring, and growing teams.
• Experience in medical practice management, human resources, and data analysis.
• Strong people-manager with ability to work across sites.
• Effective communicator and cross-collaborator across the organization.
• Knowledge of healthcare billing systems and basic medical terminology.
