Hadrian seeks a Training Operations Manager to build and scale a multi-site training program critical for production readiness. You will lead the Training Operations team, developing and maintaining training curriculum while ensuring consistency and quality across locations.

Ideal candidates will have proven leadership experience in fast-paced environments, a solid grasp of operational execution, and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive training curriculum and schedule.
• Manage Machining training program delivery and certification.
• Ensure workforce training aligns with production readiness.
• Translate standards and documentation into actionable processes.
• Surface gaps in training and maintain quality assurance.
• Forecast Training Specialist headcount needs with factory growth.
• Ensure training compliance meets AS9100 standards.
