Job summary

Hercules OEM seeks a senior operations leader to own end-to-end performance across four US sites. You will drive warehousing, distribution, and light manufacturing, while shaping plant layouts, workflows, and uptime, partnering with Supply Chain to integrate SIOP and capacity planning.

Expect hands-on leadership on the floor, coaching site managers, and delivering OTSIF, quality, cost, and safety KPIs. We value autonomy, safety, and a strong continuous improvement culture.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive operations leadership in multi-site environments.
• Direct floor-level leadership and hands-on design of layouts/workflows.
• Strong ERP experience, preferably D365; lean/CI implementation track record.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational performance across four US sites.
• Oversee warehousing, distribution, work order execution, and light manufacturing/assembly.
• Lead plant floor design, facility layouts, workflow optimization, and uptime.
