Job summary

PeopleLink Group is seeking a Training Coordinator to plan, organize, and manage comprehensive training programs across two worksites in Princeton, IN and Huntsville, AL. The role requires coordinating logistics, developing content, and delivering sessions while ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will travel between sites, support multiple shifts, and maintain an engaging dojo-style training environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with creating and delivering training programs.
• Ability to assess training needs with operations managers.
• Knowledge of policy/procedures and core company values.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, create, present and manage training programs.
• Coordinate design and delivery of sessions, workshops and seminars.
• Maintain training calendars and records; track attendance and evaluations.
• Develop and maintain training dojo and on-the-job training oversight.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Monitor training effectiveness and prepare ROI reports.
