Job summary

Polaris Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Training Manager to lead cross-site training across Medina, Huntsville, and Roseau. You will shape curricula, certification, and workforce development while aligning with safety, quality, and Lean objectives.

The role requires collaboration with Operations, Lean, HR, Quality, Engineering, and site leadership, plus travel to multiple locations. Extensive training leadership experience and LMS familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, or workforce development.
• Experience delivering technical training programs.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a manufacturing training strategy aligned with business needs.
• Govern training standards, policies, and processes across locations.
• Identify skill gaps and build development plans for future capability.
• Maintain curricula, work instructions, matrices, and assessments.
• Monitor training metrics and reporting to evaluate effectiveness.
• Coordinate cross-training and train-the-trainer programs.
