Job summary

Global SQ seeks a Training Coordinator to plan, organize, create, present and manage training programs to teach and enhance employee skills across two sites in Princeton, IN and Huntsville, AL. The role collaborates with operations management to identify training needs and ensure programs align with policy and core values.

You will develop content, track training metrics, coordinate logistics, ensure regulatory compliance, and support on-site system adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.
• Knowledge of change management processes.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to travel as needed to conduct training and support operational management at both sites.
• Ability to spend time on alternate shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Training Program Management: assess needs with ops management; develop and maintain a training calendar; coordinate design and delivery of sessions.
• Training Logistics: schedule sessions, arrange venues/equipment, manage registrations, maintain records.
• Content Development: create manuals and e-learning modules; work with SMEs for content accuracy.
• Performance Monitoring: evaluate program effectiveness; prepare reports on metrics and ROI.
• Compliance: ensure programs meet legal/regulatory requirements and customer standards.
• Onsite Catalyst Support: serve as primary contact for system questions; promote system adoption and coordinate rollouts.
