The Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, creating, presenting and managing training programs to teach and enhance employee skills, performance, and knowledge. This role involves collaborating with operation managers and supervisors to identify training needs, managing training logistics, and evaluating program effectiveness. The ideal candidate has an excellent working knowledge of policy/procedures and understanding of the company’s core values, and is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about learning, training and development. Location: This role will support two separate employee worksites located in Princeton, IN and Huntsville, AL. As such, a successful candidate will be located near one of those two locations and have the ability to travel between the two worksites, and spend extended time away from the primary worksite, as needed to conduct training and support other training needs.
Compensation: $25 - $27/hr
Schedule: Onsite; Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM with flexibility as needed to support or provide training to other shifts.
This position is based in a loud automotive manufacturing environment and requires regular interaction on the production floor. Candidates must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, walk long distances throughout the facility, and work effectively around machinery noise, moving equipment, and other typical manufacturing conditions. The office area is located within or adjacent to the production environment and may involve elevated noise levels, frequent interruptions, and multiple distractions requiring strong focus and adaptability. This position requires periodic travel between worksites in Indiana and Alabama, including the ability to travel long distances by vehicle or other means of transportation and spend extended periods away from the primary work location as business needs require.
