Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Test Coordinator to lead end-to-end test planning and execution across multiple programs and sites, coordinating with hardware product managers, program managers, engineers, and test range personnel.

You will manage concurrent test events, maintain schedules, and ensure resources, documentation, and safety protocols are in place to guarantee successful tests and fielded systems.

• Able to juggle multiple concurrent test events across sites without missing details.
• Strong proactive communicator with internal/external stakeholders.
• Self-starter who identifies gaps and drives resolution.
• Quick learner to adopt new tools and site-specific requirements.
• Experience with cUAS/UAS or autonomous flight test programs.
• Project management in technical fields.
• Must have proficiency with Jira, Excel, and MS Office.
• BS degree or 5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end test coordination across programs and sites.
• Manage multiple test events in parallel and triage priorities.
• Establish and manage the in-take process for test event requirements.
• Schedule events ensuring resources, equipment, and docs are ready.
• Maintain comprehensive test-event schedules across internal/external ranges.
• Support test range pages, safety protocols, and policies.
• Assist in test evaluation, documentation, and communication with range personnel.
• Maintain roster of internal/external test range relationships.
• Travel 25–50% between ranges and partners.
