Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a Test Operations Manager to provide operational leadership across Enterprise Test Capabilities’ physical lab facilities.

You will own the master schedule, manage calibration technicians and coordinators, and ensure readiness and access to facilities and equipment for multiple programs. You will drive operational metrics, coordinate maintenance and vendor activities, and collaborate with EHS to maintain safety certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, lab, or facility management.
• Proven ability to manage technical teams and complex scheduling.
• Strong understanding of lab safety, calibration, and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage calibration technicians, a lab administrator, and lab coordinators; include hiring and performance reviews.
• Develop staffing plans to support lab utilization across domains and sites.
• Scale ETC's physical footprint; assist with capacity expansion and new lab standups.
• Own and maintain the master lab schedule across facilities and ensure access to time and equipment.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts between program priorities and resources.
• Drive toward 75% equipment utilization across all test assets.
• Define, track, and report operational metrics such as utilization, schedule adherence, downtime, and backlog.
• Oversee maintenance, calibration status, and readiness of lab assets; coordinate repairs and installations.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for lab operations, scheduling, and equipment use; ensure safety compliance.
