Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a Test Site Asset Engineer for the Air Defense team.

You will deliver and sustain a fully mission-capable test site, performing hands-on hardware work, SSH access, and troubleshooting to ensure readiness when the engineering team needs it most. You will coordinate with SMEs across product lines, define site equipment and sustainment plans, and maintain high standards of organization and safety across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking interfaces
• Comfort with command-line SSH and Linux workflows
• Strong IP networking knowledge and fault diagnosis skills
• Excellent cross-team communication and coordination abilities
• Experience with inventory management and asset tracking

Responsibilities

• Own daily health of the assigned test site and keep systems mission capable
• Perform hardware swaps, SSH, restarts, and basic troubleshooting to restore capability
• Coordinate with SMEs to diagnose and fix issues or replace hardware
• Communicate issues clearly to SMEs and document solutions
• Define equipment needs at each site to ensure representative testing
• Ensure test site assets are mission capable across all sites and power/networked
• Create sustainment and sparing plans for parts, budgets, and timing
• Track failure rates and plan maintenance windows
• Maintain organized lab spaces with labeling and stock tracking
• Maintain hazard safety training and a safe work culture
• Organize inventory of assets and spares; travel to test sites as needed
