Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in technology-related field.

• Experience with HIPAA/HITECH compliant systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer all client-facing systems, including user accounts and access management.
• Monitor system activity to ensure HIPAA/HITECH compliance and data security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with internal staff and vendors.
• Liaise with the Charleston County IT department for hardware, software, and inventory management.
• Develop system reports, train users, and support long-term technology planning.
