Job summary

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is hiring a driven, guest-focused Multi-Studio Sales Specialist to grow sales across Wisconsin’s Milwaukee and Green Bay studios. The role offers a full-time schedule with daytime hours and Saturdays, with a base pay of $55K+ plus monthly incentive pay.

You’ll travel between studios, educate guests on services and memberships, and contribute to guest satisfaction and revenue goals. The position includes onboarding and benefits and is part of TAG-The Aspen Group family.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, guest service, retail, or hospitality.
• A natural closer’s instinct, with comfort educating guests and guiding purchase decisions.
• Leadership experience is a plus, since you may cover for Studio Managers.
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for regular travel within your assigned markets.
• Personable, professional communication style.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Familiar with scheduling software, EMR systems, and digital communication tools.
• Self-motivation and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Pride in representing a mission-driven brand built on exceptional service.

• Partner on performance. Work with studio and regional leaders to hit guest satisfaction, rebooking, and revenue goals.
