Job summary

Chapter Aesthetic Studio in Minneapolis is seeking a driven Multi-Studio Sales Specialist to energize sales across Minnesota. You will travel between studios, engage guests, and drive memberships, services, and product sales.

This full-time role offers a competitive base pay of $55K+ with eligibility for monthly incentives, mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment that values collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, guest service, retail, or hospitality.
• A natural closer’s instinct, with comfort educating guests and guiding purchase decisions.
• Leadership experience (a plus), since you may cover for Studio Managers.
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for regular travel within your assigned markets.
• A personable, professional, and confident communication style.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Comfort with scheduling software, EMR systems, and digital communication tools.
• Self-motivation and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Pride in representing a mission-driven brand built on exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Drive the sale by educating guests on services, retail products, and memberships to grow rebooking and retention.
• Hit the road (locally) traveling between studios to deliver sales and guest service.
• Own the front of house by supporting Guest Service, Studio Support, or Manager roles as needed.
• Keep operations humming by supporting scheduling, guest flow, inventory, and retail activity.
• Deliver the Chapter standard by creating consistent, high-quality guest experiences across locations.
• Keep every studio guest-ready by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and readiness.
• Partner on performance with studio and regional leaders to hit satisfaction, rebooking, and revenue goals.

Pay $55K+ based on sales experience, plus extended earning potential through eligibility for monthly incentive pay

Locations Multi-site: Provides Regional Support (St. Cloud, Rochester, Coon Rapids, Eagan, Eden Prairie)
