Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, guest service, retail, or hospitality.
• Natural closer’s instinct, with comfort educating guests and guiding purchase decisions.
• Leadership experience is a plus, as you may cover Studio Managers.
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for regular travel within your assigned markets.
• Personable, professional, and confident communication style.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Comfort with scheduling software, EMR systems, and digital communication tools.
• Self-motivation and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive the sale by educating guests on services, retail products, and memberships to grow rebooking and retention.
• Hit the road (locally) traveling between studios to deliver sales, guest service, and operational support.
• Own the front of house by stepping into Guest Service, Studio Support, or Manager support roles as needed.
• Keep operations humming by supporting scheduling, guest flow, inventory, and retail activity.
• Deliver the Chapter standard with consistent, high-quality guest experiences across studios.
• Keep every studio guest-ready by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and readiness.
• Partner on performance with studio and regional leaders to hit guest satisfaction and revenue goals.

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is hiring a driven, guest-focused Multi-Studio Sales Specialist to bring energy and results to our studios across Illinois and Wisconsin. If you love the thrill of a sale, connect easily with new people, and want variety built into your workday, this role was made for you.

Pay $62K+ based on sales experience, plus extended earning potential through eligibility for monthly incentive pay

Locations Multi-site

Syracuse, Fayetteville, Pittsford, Orchard Park, Tonawanda and New Hartford

Schedule

Predictable daytime hours, including Saturdays. No overnights. No holidays.
