Chapter Aesthetic Studio is hiring a driven, guest-focused Multi-Studio Sales Specialist to join our Syracuse, NY area studios with travel across Illinois and Wisconsin. The role offers a competitive base pay and monthly incentive eligibility, with predictable daytime hours and Saturdays, and no overnights.

You will educate guests on services, retail products and memberships, travel between studios to deliver sales and service, and support operations while upholding our brand standards across

• 2+ years of sales/guest service/retail/hospitality experience.
• Natural closer with ability to educate guests on purchases.
• Willing to travel regularly within assigned markets.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Travel between studios to deliver sales and guest service.
• Own the front of house and support roles as needed.

Job Type Full-Time

Pay $62K+ based on sales experience, plus extended earning potential through eligibility for monthly incentive pay

Locations Multi-site: Syracuse, Fayetteville, Pittsford, Orchard Park, Tonawanda and New Hartford

Schedule Predictable daytime hours, including Saturdays. No overnights. No holidays.

What You’ll Do

• Drive the sale. Educate guests on services, retail products, and memberships to grow rebooking and retention.
• Hit the road (locally). Travel between studios in your region to deliver sales, guest service, and operational support where it’s needed most.
• Own the front of house. Step into Guest Service, Studio Support, or Manager support roles as needed.
• Keep operations humming. Support scheduling, guest flow, inventory, and retail activity.
• Deliver the Chapter standard. Create consistent, high-quality guest experiences that match our brand, studio after studio.
• Keep every studio guest-ready. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness.
• Partner on performance. Work with studio and regional leaders to hit guest satisfaction, rebooking, and revenue goals.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in sales, guest service, retail, or hospitality
• A natural closer’s instinct, with comfort educating guests and guiding purchase decisions
• Leadership experience (a plus), since you may cover for Studio Managers
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for regular travel within your assigned markets
• A personable, professional, and confident communication style
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Comfort with scheduling software, EMR systems, and digital communication tools
• Self-motivation and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
