Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in sales, hospitality, retail, aesthetics, fitness, or another guest-facing setting.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Comfort with scheduling systems, CRM, and POS software.
• Organizational and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
• Lead consultations to understand goals and support personalized treatment recommendations.
• Educate guests on services, memberships, packages, retail products, and financing options.
• Drive membership and package sales, rebooking, and guest retention.
• Follow up via calls, texts, and emails to build loyalty and appointments.
• Run the front desk: scheduling, check-in/out, phones, and payments.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to keep guest experience seamless.
• Maintain accurate guest records in scheduling and CRM systems.
• Support events, promotions, and local marketing efforts.

Chapter Aesthetic Studio in Cicero, NY is looking for a warm, driven Studio Sales & Guest Experience Specialist to be the heart of our guest experience. You’ll be the first smile guests see and the trusted guide who helps them find the right path to looking and feeling their best. This is far more than a front desk role. You’ll blend hospitality, consultative sales, and studio operations to build real relationships, deliver a premium experience, and help guests start (and stay on) personalized treatment plans, all while driving growth for the studio.

Job Type: Full-Time Hourly Rate: Starting hourly rate $18+ based on experience with bonus structure increasing earning potential

What You Bring
