Wheeler Machinery Co. seeks a Site Solutions Manager – Multi-Site to oversee CAT machine performance across client mine sites. You will coordinate Wheeler teams across service, parts, sales, and rebuilds to deliver projects on schedule and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires strong data analysis, reporting, and lifecycle management skills, with regular travel to customer sites in the Wheeler territory and the ability to build relationships with key customers.

Competenze

• Working knowledge of CAT mining equipment and performance metrics.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills; experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Project coordination skills across multiple internal departments and sites.

Mansioni

• Monitor and manage CAT machine performance across multiple client mine sites.
• Develop internal reports and BI tools on fleet performance and cost metrics.
• Manage equipment lifecycle planning, including rebuilds and replacements.
• Coordinate service, parts, sales, and component rebuild to deliver projects on schedule.
• Travel to customer mine sites for site visits and performance reviews.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives at customer sites and communicate metrics.
