Wheeler Machinery Co. is seeking a Site Solutions Manager – Multi-Site to own CAT machine performance across multiple customer mine sites.

You will coordinate Wheeler service, parts, sales, and rebuild teams to deliver projects on time while driving continuous improvement initiatives and reporting performance metrics to CAT and Wheeler leadership. You will travel across Wheeler territory to sites, manage lifecycle planning, and serve as the primary contact for smaller mines without on-site

Competenze

• CAT equipment or equipment dealer experience is highly regarded.
• Fleet/asset management or lifecycle experience is preferred.
• Project coordination experience.
• Continuous Improvement/Lean experience is a plus.
• Mining/customer-facing experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Monitor CAT machine performance across multiple customer mine sites in Wheeler territory.
• Develop and maintain internal reports and BI tools for fleet performance, availability, reliability and cost.
• Manage equipment lifecycle planning and recommend repair-versus-replace decisions.
• Coordinate service, parts, sales, component rebuild, and technology teams to deliver projects on schedule.
• Travel to customer mine sites for visits, assessments, and performance reviews.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives at customer sites and communicate metrics to CAT and Wheeler leadership.
