Job summary

Wheeler Site Solutions Manager – Multi-Site is a leadership role focused on optimizing CAT machine performance across several customer mine sites within the Wheeler territory. You will coordinate service, parts, sales, and rebuild activities while driving performance reporting and lifecycle management.

The role requires strong data analysis, project coordination, and travel to sites for assessments and improvement initiatives, with regular communication with CAT and Wheeler leadership to deliver

Qualifications

• CAT equipment experience or dealer background preferred.
• Experience with fleet management, asset lifetime planning, and cost analysis.
• Project coordination experience across multiple internal departments.
• Lean Six Sigma or CI experience is a plus.
• Mining experience is preferred, with customer-facing exposure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; adept at site visits and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CAT machine performance across multiple mine sites in the Wheeler territory.
• Develop internal reports and BI tools on fleet performance, availability, reliability, and cost metrics.
• Manage equipment lifecycle planning, including hours tracking and rebuild planning.
• Coordinate service, parts, sales, component rebuild, and technology to deliver projects on schedule.
• Travel to customer mine sites for visits, assessments, and performance reviews.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and report metrics to CAT and Wheeler leadership.
