Job summary

Mark-Taylor is hiring a Multi-Site Service Technician to support Horizon North, Sentio, & Velaire at Aspera in Phoenix & Glendale, AZ. You will handle maintenance repairs and upkeep, delivering five-star service to residents and teams.

The role requires multitasking across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repairs with a strong customer-service focus. On-call rotation adds incentive pay and certification pay opportunities.

Qualifications

General knowledge across multiple trade areas such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance repair.
Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and complete repairs.
Excellent customer service and communication for residents and team members.
Self-motivated, adaptable, able to work independently and manage priorities.
EPA, HVAC, CPO, or other industry-specific certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in completing make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards and maintain adequate supply.
Troubleshoot, diagnose and fix minor HVAC, appliance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall issues.
Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on vacant units.
Perform daily pool care and ensure safety and chemical balance.
Inspect property for safety hazards and inform Facilities and Service Manager.
Share on-call duty with the Manager of Facilities and Service and be on-call in uniform/badge.
Monitor inventory of parts and cleaning supplies.
