Job summary

Mark-Taylor is hiring a Multi-Site Lead Service Technician in Gilbert & Mesa, AZ. You will perform maintenance repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and pool care to keep communities running smoothly and deliver five-star service to residents.

We value leadership, reliability and teamwork across multiple communities. Base pay starts at $26.00/hour with an additional $3.00/hour on-call incentive and extra pay for EPA, CPO, and OSHA certifications. Full-time benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance, turn, make-ready, or work order experience.
• Advanced knowledge of plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, and OSHA-related standards.
• Industry-specific certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO, or similar) preferred.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and cross-community service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and drywall issues.
• Perform ongoing maintenance on vacant units and common areas.
• Maintain pool care, ensure chemical balance and safety.
• Conduct minor roof repairs, re-key locks, and cut keys as needed.
• Inspect property for safety hazards and inform Facilities Manager.
