Job summary

Mark-Taylor is seeking a Multi-Site Service Technician to support Horizon North, Sentio, & Velaire at Aspera in Phoenix & Glendale, AZ. You will help keep communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and contributing to upkeep while delivering five-star service to residents and team members.

The role requires general trade knowledge across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related systems, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• General knowledge across multiple trade areas such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance repair.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify issues and complete repairs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with a five-star experience focus.
• Service-oriented mindset with ability to respond to resident needs promptly and professionally.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and minor carpentry issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance on vacant units as they become available.
• Conduct daily pool care and maintain safe chemical balance.
• Inspect property for safety hazards and inform the Manager of Facilities and Service.
• Share on-call duty and be available in uniform/badge as needed.
• Monitor inventory of parts and cleaning supplies.
