Job summary

Mark-Taylor Residential Inc is hiring a Multi-Site Service Technician for Elite North and Ascend at Kierland in Phoenix, AZ. You will perform maintenance repairs, support turnover of units, and help keep communities running smoothly with five-star service.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring safety and cleanliness of properties.

Qualifications

General knowledge in plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, landscape maintenance, appliances and OSHA-related standards.
Knowledge of building systems.
Service orientation and willingness to help residents.

Responsibilities

Assist in completing make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards and maintain adequate supply for the Community.
Troubleshoot and repair minor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry and drywall issues.
Perform maintenance on vacant units and daily pool care.
Complete minor roof repairs, re-key locks, and cut keys.
Inspect property for safety hazards and coordinate fixes with Facilities Manager.
