Job summary

Mark-Taylor Residential Inc is hiring a Multi-Site Service Technician for Elite North and Ascend at Kierland in Phoenix, AZ. You will perform maintenance repairs, support turnover of units, and help keep communities running smoothly with five-star service.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring safety and cleanliness of properties.

Qualifications

• General knowledge in plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, landscape maintenance, appliances and OSHA-related standards.
• Knowledge of building systems.
• Service orientation and willingness to help residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards and maintain adequate supply for the Community.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry and drywall issues.
• Perform maintenance on vacant units and daily pool care.
• Complete minor roof repairs, re-key locks, and cut keys.
• Inspect property for safety hazards and coordinate fixes with Facilities Manager.
