Mark-Taylor, a leading Arizona apartment operator, seeks a Multi-Site Service Technician to maintain Horizon North, Sentio, and Velaire at Aspera communities in Phoenix/Glendale. You will perform repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliances while delivering five-star service to residents.

The role offers $22.00–$24.00 per hour base pay, plus a $3.00/hour on-call incentive and extra pay for EPA, CPO, and OSHA certifications. Housing discounts and health benefits are included.

Qualifications

• General knowledge across multiple trade areas such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance repair, etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, determine appropriate solutions, and complete repairs efficiently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with a commitment to delivering a five-star experience for residents and team members.
• Service-oriented mindset with the ability to respond to resident needs professionally and promptly.
• Self-motivated and adaptable with the ability to take initiative and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the completion of make ready units to Mark-Taylor standards and maintain adequate supply of make-ready units.
• Trouble-shoot, diagnose and correct minor AC/HE heating, electrical, plumbing, and drywall issues.
• Perform necessary repairs and preventative maintenance on vacant units as they become available.
• Perform daily pool care and ensure chemical balance and safety.
• Inspect the property for safety hazards and report to Manager of Facilities and Service.
• Share on-call duty and be available in uniform/badge when needed.
• Assist in monitoring inventory of parts and cleaning supplies.
