Job summary

Nelson-Jameson is seeking a Service Planner Scheduler to plan, coordinate, and support service and repair work across a multi-site customer base in the Midwest. The role ensures accurate scoping, proper resourcing, and efficient execution, working with project managers, field technicians, customers, and vendors.

The position combines scheduling, technical planning, and cross-functional coordination to drive consistency, improve service delivery, and support long-term performance of customer

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, service coordination, or a related operational role.
• Experience with CMMS and ERP systems (P21) or similar.
• Knowledge of sanitary processing equipment and maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain service and repair programs with defined scope and parts numbers.
• Create detailed work orders with scope, materials, labor estimates, and documentation.
• Coordinate technician schedules across multiple Midwest locations.
• Review completed work for improvements and apply learnings to future planning.
