Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and other personnel on client sites; ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees and document actions.
• Train officers; review post orders and assignment details with staff.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions; ensure adequate post coverage.
• Prepare, file, and submit reports; inspect posts and outline tasks with subordinates.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements and quality customer service.
• Carry out supervisory duties per policy, including interviewing, training, planning, directing, and evaluating staff.
