Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs seeks a Multi-Site Director to oversee day-to-day operations at multiple NY schools, visiting sites, supporting teachers, and building strong relationships with school staff. This role emphasizes organization, dependability, and a hands-on approach to serving kids and families.

Travel between program sites is required; morning and afternoon schedules run 7:00–9:00 and 2:15–6:00, with pay at $20 per hour for part-time, non-exempt work. Employer-paid childcare is included.

Qualifications

• Candidate has supervisory experience in childcare or education.
• Knowledge of state licensing and program oversight is preferred.
• Experience coordinating schedules across multiple sites is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visiting sites regularly to ensure program quality and compliance.
• Coach and support Site Directors and teachers in routines and check-ins.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard site staff and ensure coverage.
• Maintain relationships with principals and school staff and resolve issues.
