Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a part-time Multi-Site Director to oversee day-to-day operations at several school-based sites in New York. You will visit sites, support teachers, ensure programs run smoothly, and build strong relationships with school staff to maintain HKP's trusted presence in each building.

The role requires strong organization, reliability, and a hands-on leadership style. Regular travel between program sites is required, with daytime hours and employer-provided childcare

Qualifications

• Experience supervising and mentoring staff across multiple sites.
• Strong scheduling, logistics, and daily operational oversight across locations.
• Experience working with school building staff is a plus.
• Familiarity with state childcare licensing requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Staffing: Recruit, hire and lead site teams; ensure coverage across locations.
• Enrollment & program quality: Monitor enrollment against targets and improve family engagement.
• Compliance: Ensure licensing, records, health and safety standards are met.
• Building partnerships: Maintain positive relationships with principals and school staff; resolve issues.
• Payroll & scheduling: Oversee timecards, staffing efficiency and scheduling to meet needs.
• Enrollment events & community outreach: Support outreach efforts and family enrollment activities.
