Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs seeks a Multi-Site Director to oversee daily operations at Peekskill and Fort Montgomery sites. You’ll visit schools, support teachers, ensure program quality, and build strong relationships with school staff.

This role requires organization, travel between sites, and hands-on leadership, including staffing, enrollment, and licensing compliance. Part-time, non-exempt with employer-paid childcare and $20/hour pay.

Qualifications

• Associate degree plus 2 years of experience with children under 13, including supervisory role.
• Two years of college with 18 credits plus 2 years of relevant experience.
• NY State Children’s Program Administrator Credential or School-Age Child Care Credential plus 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Staffing: recruit, hire, onboard teachers and Site Directors across locations.
• Schedule daily/weekly staffing, maintain coverage, observe program quality, coach staff.
• Monitor licensing compliance; ensure staff training and certifications are current.
• Build partnerships with principals and school staff; resolve issues at building level.
