Healthy Kids Programs seeks a Multi-Site Director to oversee day-to-day operations of several school-based sites across upstate NY. The role involves regular site visits, staff support, scheduling, and building strong relationships with school staff to ensure high-quality programs for children aged 5–12.

The position requires strong organization, dependability, and a passion for hands-on work with kids and families.

Formación

• Associate degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation, or related field plus 2 years of experience working with children under 13, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Two years of college with 18 credits in a related field plus 2 years of experience working with children under 13, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• NY State Children’s Program Administrator Credential plus 2 years of relevant experience.
• School-Age Child Care Credential or equivalent office-recognized credential plus 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Staffing — Recruiting, Hiring & Leading: Interview, hire, and onboard teachers and Site Directors across locations.
• Build daily and weekly staff schedules; manage coverage proactively to avoid understaffing.
• Visit sites regularly to observe program quality and compliance; coach Site Directors and teachers.
• Address performance issues directly and document appropriately.
• Foster a positive, mission-driven team culture across sites.
• Enrollment & Program Quality: Monitor enrollment at each site; ensure teachers engage kids effectively and HKP materials are used.
• Support families with questions and registrations; track re-enrollment as a quality signal.
